Cancellations, exchanges, returns & refunds

I accept cancellations within 24 hours after placing the order. After this time, cancellations will not be accepted. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

All garments are made to order in your specified size & colour choice. I don't hold stock of these so I am unable to refund or exchange. Please carefully check your sizes against the size chart provided, if you have any questions about them or are in between sizes, please feel free to message me to discuss the options. 

If there are any issues with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, I will be happy to work something out with you.

Pasties may only be exchanged as long as the pasties are in perfect, unused and the protective backing has not been removed. Custom pasties are non returnable.

In a case where an exception for a return has been agreed, the garments/items must be in their original condition, unworn and unshined. The customer is responsible for return shipping and costs involved. Tracking and proof of shipping will be required. Your refund will only be processed once the item is back with me and has been checked. Refunds will be for the item only, no delivery/customs costs will be refunded. Please write Return on the parcel, especially from overseas, without this, I may be charged customs fees. In that case, any fees paid will be deducted from the refund. I will not refund any item that has been lost in the post if sent without tracking.

I will replace any item that becomes damaged in the post, I will need to see photo evidence of damage before any resolution occurs. I will not replace any item that has been damaged through lack of care.

 Custom work, bespoke garments

I do not offer cancellations past 24 hours, refunds or exchanges on custom work. Made to measure items are very hard to resell. I am more than happy to work with you prior to purchase to figure out the finer details. Deposits will be needed before any materials are purchased.

Measurements for bespoke work are taken by yourself and therefore I can not be held responsible for any poorly fitting garments due to inaccurate measurements given.
